I can only order one product at a time – is it coming in multiple shipments when I order more than one product?

Due to the limitation of the shipping service, we have to ship each package individually so each package has to pay for shipping separately.

We’ll send your orders within 3 business days and give you tracking numbers.

Do you offer price adjustments?

In order to provide a wide selection of products & brands, we work with a variety of third party vendors. We work hard with these partners to offer competitive pricing on our products. However, the prices on our website change often and we are not able to offer price adjustments once an order has been shipped.

What does final sale mean?

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer USPS (4-8 business days). A flat US $4.99 fee per each order.

Where can I learn more about sizing and fit for a particular product?

There are two options; submit your query directly on the site through any of the feedback sections, or email your query to support@divinenatureapparel.com and we’ll be happy to help.

I just submitted an order/offer. How long will it take to hear back?

a. Fixed Price: As soon as you hit the ‘Place Order’ button we start processing your order. We work with the boutique/designer to get things ready and will send email confirmation shortly after.

b. Make an Offer: As operation hours vary for the boutiques and designers, we will contact you as soon as an offer has been reviewed and either accepted, rejected, or countered. If you have questions, you can always email support@divinenatureapparel.com and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.

Is your store closed?

Our stores are now OPEN! Come in, we can’t wait to see you! Our stores will be cleaned, our teams will be wearing masks, and we will be practicing social distancing. We will also provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer for you.

What happens if an item from my order is out of stock?

If an item from your order is out of stock you will receive an email notification. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
